Howdy, the name is Alphita or Dany, either name is welcome! I am a 28-year-old Hispanic artist from Texas who enjoys drawing animals and people alike!I have been drawing and sketching a variety of concepts since I could remember. The most developed moment for story building began in middle school when I started developing a story called, "The Legendary Wolf Warriors" which is still a source of my inspiration to this day. I hope to one day write a book about my concepts and writing.A lot of my inspiration comes from experience, books, media, and other talented writers and artists. I enjoy fandoms such as Bungou Stray Dogs, Star Wars, especially Star Wars Rebels, Digimon, Attack on Titan, Noragami, The Hunger Games, Under the Never Sky, Warrior Cats, and a variety of others!If you enjoy my art and are interested in commissioning me, do check out my terms and conditions page for more info! Terms and Conditions

I ask that everyone viewing this to review all the information I have provided.
If you have any further questions or something is unclear, by all means let me know!Please read through each type of commission I will do, as well as the process between I, the artist, and you, the commissioner.

Payment

  • Payment is through PayPal invoices and paid after the sketch is approved. I will also accept Venmo payment or payment through ko-fi.

  • No major changes after payment is received! Any major changes will be charged $15.00 for each request.

  • All Prices are listed in USD.

  • Tips aren't expected but they are greatly appreciated!

Time

  • I have officially graduated from University a second time! I have a Master's Degree!

  • I am currently working full-time, so please understand your commission will take some time to complete!

  • I will send you sketches of commission ideas before getting approval on poses and appearance.

  • It is always helpful to have an idea in mind beforehand: poses, references, and other helpful media to get the point across! It helps so much to get you the commission you desire!

  • An invoice will be sent thereafter and will begin lining once payment is sent!

  • I will accept partial payments, first paid after sketch approval and second before final commission is sent out and emailed.

Software

  • All Sketches are drawn either on Sketchbook Pro or Photoshop at 300 DPI.

  • The final Image I will email out is 300 DPI.

Other Conditions

  • First things first, I do NOT support NFT's or anything AI related nor will I stand for my art being used as such.

  • I am making art for the Commissioner only and for their personal, non-profitable use.

  • I have the right to refuse/decline a request.

  • If I believe the commission request is out of my skill range, I will decline.

  • Commissioned art is for Personal, Non-Profitable Use only!

  • I reserve the right to use any commissioned art as I see fit.

  • You may cancel a commission, but only before making the payment, you cannot cancel once I begin to work on it! So during the sketching process is the time to cancel.

  • You must send in some form of reference and description of any OC type characters or poses of how you would like your commission.

  • Once the commission is finished, I will send you an email with the final background desired, and a transparent one. Plus, a close-up/zoom-in of the piece, passed headshots, and icons.

  • I will also send a watermarked version of the commission for you to post freely on any social media you may have. The unwatermarked is for your own personal use and not to be posted.

  • Individuals who commission me are free to print the art or use it how they'd like for personal use; what they CANNOT do is sell the art as if it was their own and profit from it.
